By using the betviza.ws website and mobile application (the "betviza platform"), you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the betviza platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between betviza and its users. betviza may update these terms at any time, and users will be notified of any changes.

While these terms are published in Bangla, all operations on betviza are conducted in accordance with international online gaming regulations. betviza operates as a legitimate online entertainment platform and is committed to keeping all user data secure.

The following requirements must be met to create an account on betviza:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and address at the time of registration.
• Only one account may be registered per mobile number or email address.
• Multiple members of the same household may open accounts, but each must be registered with their own separate identity details.
• Registering while concealing your location using a proxy, VPN, or any other method is strictly prohibited.

After registration, betviza reserves the right to verify the information you have provided. If any information is found to be false or misleading, your account will be terminated.

The following rules apply to deposits on betviza:

Deposited funds are usually credited to your account instantly. betviza only accepts payments registered in the user's own name. Payments made through a third party may be rejected.

If a deposit transaction fails to go through, please contact our support team within 3 business days. Complaints raised after this period may not be accepted.

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from betviza:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your account tier and verification status.

Betviza reserves the right to hold any unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests for additional verification. In such cases, users may be asked to submit further documentation.

The following rules are strictly enforced when placing bets on betviza:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless betviza acknowledges a technical error on its part.
• Bets can be placed any time from when the odds are published up until the match kicks off.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment a bet is placed are final.
• If a match is abandoned midway, all bets placed on that match are voided and stakes are refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over scores or results, betviza follows the ruling of the relevant international sports authority.

Arbitrage betting — placing multiple bets on the same match to guarantee a risk-free profit — is strictly prohibited. If betviza detects such activity, it reserves the right to void the bets in question.

Maximum Bet Limit

Maximum bet limits vary by market and event, and may change depending on the match type, account history, and market conditions. betviza reserves the right to approve high-value bets in advance.

Betviza regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Before using them, here's what you need to know:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement (typically ranging from 5x to 30x).
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time.
• Bonus use may be restricted in certain betting categories.
• When betting with bonus funds, the maximum stake per bet may be subject to limits.

Betviza reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer without prior notice. For ongoing bonuses, users will be notified before any changes take effect.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betviza platform:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device.
• Bonus Farming: Creating an account solely for the purpose of collecting bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using betviza for the purpose of money laundering.
• Hacking & Scraping: Attempting unauthorized access to betviza's systems.
• Match Fixing: Betting on fixed matches with prior knowledge of the outcome.
• Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Chargeback Fraud: Filing a false claim with a bank or mobile banking provider to reverse a payment.

If any of the above activities are proven, betviza may permanently close the account and forfeit all funds held within it without prior notice. betviza also reserves the right to pursue legal action if necessary.

In compliance with international financial security regulations, betviza verifies the identity of every user (KYC). The following documents may be required during this process:

• A clear photo or scan of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months).
• Proof of payment method ownership.

KYC verification typically takes 24–48 hours to complete. Withdrawals may be on hold during this period. KYC information is used solely for identity verification purposes and is kept strictly confidential.

Before closing an account, betviza will notify the user via email or SMS. Any valid funds remaining in the account may be withdrawn within 30 days of receiving the notice.

Betviza is not liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Account password or personal details compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Disruption of third-party services (such as mobile banking).
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to an unintentional technical error, betviza reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Betviza is committed to maintaining the highest standards of service. In the event of any technical issues, betviza pledges to resolve them promptly and will consider compensating affected users for any losses incurred.
